With the plan this year to try and get more exposure for InK Photography, we have taken a shot at entering a number of competitions in the hope that we might get some success - we've entered some local competitions along with some of the major photographic ones.
We're still waiting to hear the results from Art in the Park (local to Princes Risborough) and the Daily Mail Wildlife competition but we have received some major good news from the Landscape Photographer of the Year competition - we're still a long way from winning it (unlikely, when you look at the quality of images entered in previous years) but have been 'shortlisted' and we await further news.
This has been a massive boost to our confidence and could prove a good omen going forward plus it has given us the confidence to enter more competitions.
