Well, I got the dreaded email to say that the image that had been shortlisted in this year's LPOTY competition hadn't made it to the final round of judging. However, I'm not about to start whingeing about it as I'm delighted to have made the shortlist - never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I would do so well in such a prestigious competition. With the plan this year to try and get more exposure for InK Photography, we have taken a shot at entering a number of competitions in the hope that we might get some success - we've entered some local competitions along with some of the major photographic ones. We're still waiting to hear the results from Art in the Park (local to Princes Risborough) and the Daily Mail Wildlife competition but we have received some major good news from the Landscape Photographer of the Year
