I'd been taking photo's of various foxes throughout the afternoon but it wasn't until early evening that I got the shot I wanted - the fox was stalking through the long grass and I was fortunate enough to catch it as it licked it's lips.
This image was featured in the British Wildlife Photography Awards 2023 book.
Mounted print with white archival mount and printed on Photo Rag Bright White paper.
